Introducing some of our brilliant colleagues who can communicate with our deaf or hard-of-hearing customers using sign, in British Sign Language or Sign Supported English.
We support deaf and hard-of-hearing customers to ensure every journey they take with us is as straightforward and stress-free as possible
• We have a dedicated Accessibility team to provide specialist support for customers in advance of travel
• We’ve partnered with SignLive to use BSL in our customer engagement centres
• We have bespoke BSL and ASL videos created in partnership with SignCode, including our onboard safety video
• We recognise the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard
